Your engagement is an average of 1-2 hours a week (+ time for your rituals & practices). Each weekly module includes pre-recorded videos &/or audio teachings & practices.

Approximately every 2 weeks, we meet live for group practices, as well as group mentoring for shares and questions. Each call will be recorded and uploaded onto the private portal for participants.
