Astrology Readings
Knowing your natal chart is akin to having the blueprint of your life. Ascertain your strengths and gifts, and look to see areas where you could do with extra support.
In my 1:1 coaching packages, I include a complimentary natal chart reading. These readings provide a holistic appraisal of the issue you are facing, and offer practical and helpful suggestions on your next steps.
Each session lasts anywhere between 60 - 75 minutes, and are conducted over zoom. You will receive a recording of our call, which you can return to again and again, as well as a pdf of your natal chart.

Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, and highly effective form of energy healing. As a Reiki Master practitioner in the Usui and Karuna traditions, my treatments provide a nurturing space for you to come back into energetic alignment with your being.
I include these healing sessions (optional) in my coaching packages if you would like a boost of energetic support during your time with me.
These long distance Reiki healing sessions are scheduled over zoom. Each 60 minutes session includes a consultation at the start, and a follow up engagement at the end. Based on your personalised needs, I will send a combination of Usui, Karuna, Tantra, Kundalini, and Yggdrasil Reiki to best suit your energetic state.
