1:1 Soul Strategy Session

"As a practising Hypnotherapist and Coach, I know the value of coaching - even highly successful women like Oprah Winfrey benefit from having one! Especially for women, I feel that we tend to put ourselves second, yet there are so many expectations placed on us, so how do we take charge of our lives when there’s so much pressure? 

Personally, I had lost myself along the way as other priorities, like looking after my family, took over. We all need a guide to support us when we are stuck, and I am no exception, so I came to Irene because I had been facing problems in my business and career, and procrastinated over action I knew I needed to take. I began to doubt myself and question what I ought to be doing with my work. 

I felt very supported throughout my time with Irene, and through coaching with her, I experienced shifts and transformation that helped me get unstuck. I would recommend her to any woman who is looking for support because I have full confidence in her, and know that Irene can be relied upon. Not only is she a good listener and a thoughtful questioner, but she understands what women are struggling with. 

Because my core problems were confidence and clarity, Irene supported me in this. She was able to facilitate my growth by shifting energy blocks I had, and guided me to see my challenges so I could handle them. The feminine gentleness that Irene has makes her a really good listener. I find that this is especially valuable for women, as we all have a need to be listened to, but we don’t get that enough. 

Session after session, she skilfully peeled off layers till I could see what was holding me back. The clarity I gained was an absolute gem. In coaching me, Irene did not just give advice, but instead empowered me to grow in confidence by showing me that I already had the answers within, and just needed a safe and holding space to help me get there. 

I now understand that when I am clear with what I want, only then will I know what I need to do and move forward with certainty. Gaining clarity is so important - truly priceless! - and Irene held a very safe container for me to explore. I had been feeling unclear and unsure about how to manage conflicts and difficult situations in my personal life as well, and the non-judgmental, holding space Irene held enabled me to arrive at the answers I needed - not just in my work, but also in my relationships. 

As a result, I now have greater confidence and clarity to successfully resolve issues I was facing in both my personal and work life. Prior to working with Irene, my personal affairs, especially my relationship with my family, felt chaotic. I was also constantly delaying taking action because I did not feel sure about myself. 

By gaining the clarity I needed, I saw how to market myself more authentically, and became more comfortable with reaching out so I could fulfil my dream of helping others to achieve their goals. Taking small, actionable steps towards reaching my goal was also something that Irene helped me with. I am excited by the new clients I now have, and am confident that I can grow my business, so long as I put my mind and soul to it.
